Service agreement

When you subscribe to our ROV service, you gain access to comprehensive maintenance and support. Our team guarantees optimal operation of your ROV through thorough inspections, prompt problem resolution, and necessary part replacements. With our service agreement, your ROV remains in peak condition, allowing you to focus confidently on your underwater operations.

*Prices are per ROV; shipping to and from JM Robotics premises is not included.

Annual Service Agreement

2.500,- / month 1 service per year
  • Service interval every 12 months
  • Including "Remote Support"

Biannual Service Agreement

3.600,- / month 2 services per year
  • Service interval every 6 months
  • Including "Remote Support"

Our subscription-based remote support service provides direct assistance no matter where you are.

By subscribing to our remote support, one of our technicians can connect to your computer while speaking with you on the phone to quickly resolve any critical issues you may encounter. This can happen through a support session that can be conducted at any time, even outside regular working hours and on weekends.
